📦 Pitchside.art Returns & Exchanges Policy

⏱️ Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return or exchange an item.
Sale items, gift cards, and personalised designs are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Once your request is approved, you then have another 14 days to ship the items back to us using the address we provide. If the return arrives after this period, it may be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for return postage.

🧼 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition as when purchased
Free from makeup, deodorant, and strong fragrances

We inspect all returns to ensure they’re resale-ready. We reserve the right to refuse items not meeting these conditions.

🔁 How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@pitchside.art with your name and order number to start your claim.
Upon approval, we’ll send you return instructions and the address.
Ship the item(s) within 14 days of our approval, retaining proof of postage—unless the return is our fault, return shipping is at your expense.

We’re not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.

💶 Refund Processing

Once we approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If a discount was used, the refunded amount will reflect the sale price paid.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Exchanges

Upon receiving your return, we’ll send you instructions to reorder your replacement item.
Production for exchanges may take a few days since all items are made to order.
You’ll be updated and receive shipping confirmation once your exchange is dispatched.

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
