Receiving Your Order:

Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the items immediately. Please report any damage or defects via email within 24 hours of delivery, as our courier service requires prompt notification to process any claims effectively.

Order Amendments:

Most products available on Pitchside.art are custom-made and printed specifically upon ordering. Therefore, we cannot amend or modify an order once it's been confirmed. We strongly advise verifying all details, including size, color, and customizations before finalizing your purchase.

We do not issue refunds or accept amendments related to discount codes that were not correctly applied at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices and product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided if the price of an item changes after your order is confirmed, regardless of shipping status.

Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Due to our processing volume, we cannot guarantee address changes requested via email after an order has been placed. Always ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

Cancellations:

Our commitment to swift processing and delivery means many orders enter production shortly after checkout, sometimes within hours. Consequently, cancellations may not always be possible.

While we aim to respond to emails within 48 hours, due to high volumes, cancellation requests may not be processed before your order ships.
