At PITCHSIDE.art, all our products are made after order. This means each item is produced especially for you after you place your order—helping us reduce waste and keep our production thoughtful and sustainable.

Production & Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Once your items are fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Estimated Shipping Times

Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 4–8 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual arrival may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items—such as a T-shirt, a poster, and a coaster—please note that your order may arrive in separate packages. This is because we use different production partners and fulfillment locations, which helps us deliver faster and keep costs low.

Good to know: You will only be charged once for shipping, even if your order ships in multiple packages.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and must be covered by the customer.
