Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return or exchange an item.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalised designs are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
Once your request is approved, you then have another 14 days to ship the items back to us using the address we provide. If the return arrives after this period, it may be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for return postage.
